The Gulf Specialized Portal for Air Navigation initiative is considered one of the initiatives of the Air Navigation Committee of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which aims to provide a diverse, integrated and easily accessible information and training platform for specialists in the field of air navigation to learn about the best practices and the latest developments regionally and globally and to benefit from them in improving and developing air navigation services and raising the level of Human competencies.

This platform is also distinguished by the fact that it is a joint work between the member states of the Council in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, and it contains courses, seminars, and audio, visual, and reading training programs.​​
