His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and Her Excellency Ms Tanja Fajon, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, discussed ways to consolidate Gulf-Slovenian and Gulf-European relations in order to achieve common goals.
This came during a meeting between HE the Secretary General and HE the Minister, on Monday (April 22, 2024), on the side-lines of His Excellency’s participation in the High-level Forum on Security and Regional Cooperation between the GCC and the European Union (EU), in the Duchy of Luxembourg.
During the meeting, several topics were discussed, most notably a review of the GCC-Slovenian relations, and ways to develop and strengthen them to serve common goals, in addition to following up on the latest developments on the regional and international arenas.
