The Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Negotiations, Dr. Abdulaziz Hamad Al-Owaishek, met on Monday, 15 July 2019, at the GCC headquarters in Riyadh, a delegation from the British Embassy to Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, they discussed the mechanisms to implement what has been agreed upon in the framework of the strategic partnership between the GCC and the United Kingdom.
Dr. Abdulaziz Hamad Al-Owaishek stated that this meeting comes within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between the GCC and the United Kingdom in their role to address extremism, as well as the activities that are under way in that regard.
