The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani attended part of the training course on "Information Security Awareness" for the Staff of the United Arab Emirates Embassy in the Kingdom, organized by the GCC Secretariat Training Committee on Tuesday, 18 June 2019, at the GCC headquarters, in Riyadh.

The Secretary-General welcomed the participants in this specialized session, stressing that the participation of the GCC States in the training courses organized by the GCC Secretariat enriches those courses and promotes efforts to enhance the GCC cooperation and integration in various fields. He noted that the training program adopted by the GCC Secretariat in the field of information security was an intensive and distinct program that offered trainees an opportunity to develop their skills and capabilities in this area.

The Secretary General commended the efforts exerted by the GCC Training Committee in preparing specialized training courses in various fields, wishing the trainees to succeed and benefit from the information and ideas provided in their future life.
