His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), received His Excellency Sayyid Najib bin Hilal Al Busaidi, the Sultanate of Oman's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, today, Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the GCC Secretary General congratulated His Excellency Sayyid Al Busaidi on the occasion of his appointment as the Sultanate of Oman's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wishing him success in his duties.
During the meeting, several topics were discussed, most notably, exploring ways to enhance efforts for the joint Gulf action towards greater integration, solidarity, and interconnectedness, in order to translate the visions of the leaders of the GCC countries, and the aspirations of their peoples, in addition to reviewing the latest developments on the regional and international arenas.
