His Excellency Mr. Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC),  expressed his sincerest congratulations  to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the success of the Hajj season for this year 1445 AH. 

His Excellency commended the level of services and care provided to the pilgrims, praising the seamless integration between the Kingdom's agencies in facilitating the Hajj rituals, thanks to the direct and wise supervision of the Saudi wise leadership.

"Serving the Two Holy Mosques is a great honour and an enormous responsibility that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has undertaken since the era of the founder the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman, and his sons, the Kings of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia up to the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud," His Excellency said, praying to Allah the Almighty to reward them with the best reward for serving Islam and Muslims.

His Excellency also underlined that the pioneering initiatives and advanced projects provided by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Hajj season, in addition to the tremendous efforts made by the workers and volunteers in the various sectors overseeing the organisation of Hajj, have resulted in the achievement of a distinguished integration in the management of the Hajj season this year, which enabled the pilgrims to perform their rituals smoothly and easily in an atmosphere of faith filled with tranquility and spirituality.

He concluded his statement by reaffirming the great appreciation and gratitude expressed by the entire Islamic nation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its King, Crown Prince, Government, and people, for the wonderful services and great care provided to the pilgrims and all visitors to the Two Holy Mosques throughout the year.​
