His Excellency Mr. Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), offered his sincerest congratulations and blessings to Their Majesties and Highnesses the Leaders of the Council States and to all the Gulf peoples, as well as the entire Islamic world, on the occasion of the advent of the blessed Eid al-Adha.
On this blessed occasion, His Excellency prayed to Allah the Almighty to bestow upon all the Gulf and Islamic peoples more goodness, blessings, prosperity and happiness, wishing the Council states, leadership and people, continued success and guidance under this blessed and noble journey.
