His Excellency Mr Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), strongly condemned the burning of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation forces and the removal of all patients and medical staff.
His Excellency the Secretary General affirmed that targeting medical centres and hospitals constitutes a dangerous escalation that increases the suffering of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the rest of the Palestinian territories, requiring immediate international intervention to stop these violations.
His Excellency stressed that these practices not only deepen humanitarian crises but also represent a flagrant violation of international charters that guarantee the protection of civilians and medical facilities during conflicts.
His Excellency called for ensuring the necessary support for the medical sector in the Gaza Strip, which is suffering catastrophic conditions as a result of these attacks.
