HE Dr Nayef Falah M. Al Hajraf, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation and strategic partnership between the GCC and the United Kingdom, to serve common interests.
This came during the reception of HE the Secretary General of HE Mr. Neil Crumpton, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on Monday (June 20, 2022), at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in Riyadh.
During the meeting, officials discussed the historical relations of cooperation and friendship between the GCC and the United Kingdom in various fields, within the framework of the strategic dialogue and the existing negotiations between the two sides.
The latest developments on the regional and international arenas, and issues of common interest were also discussed.
