His Excellency added that the founding leaders were keen to establish a unified Gulf entity that reflects their vision of achieving comprehensive integration and interconnectedness among the six countries in all areas, continuously enhancing and developing the Council’s achievements in line with future changes and circumstances.
He noted that the geographical location of the member states has placed them in a dynamic environment filled with numerous regional and international challenges, necessitating collective efforts to strengthen and unify all GCC initiatives to overcome these challenges.
He explained that the directives of the Council’s leaders have always aimed to remove all obstacles to achieve the welfare of their peoples and to live in a safe and stable environment.
"The member states have successfully made significant progress in integration across various fields," he stressed.
