The GCC Patent Office participated via visual communication in the Arab Virtual Innovation Forum, held on Thursday, 21 May 2020. The GCCPO represented at this forum by Eng. Ali Ahmed Al Mulla, Director of the Supporting Innovation Department.

The forum, organized by the Dubai Police Innovation Council and broadcasted on one of the virtual platforms, addressed a number of important issues in the field of knowledge and innovation, including the role of innovation in entrepreneurship development, intellectual property challenges and support to innovators, and innovative practices in crises.

The GCCPO aims to enhance awareness of the importance of preserving the innovations and creations intellectual property rights in various scientific fields, and the GCCPO role in this framework.
