  Imposing Final Anti-Dumping Fees on the GCC Imports of Water Cement Product from the Islamic Republic of Iran

The GCC Ministerial Committee for Industry adopted the GCC Standing Committee for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade recommendation to impose final anti-dumping fees for a period of five years against the GCC imports of all types of water–cement, including bulk, non-crushed cement called "clinker", if colored (the product under investigation) from the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The GCC Assistant Secretariat for Economic and Development Affairs, HE Khalifa Al-Abri clarified that the GCC Standing Committee for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade decision came based on the report and recommendation of the GCC Bureau of Technical Secretariat for Anti Injurious Practices in International Trade, published in The GCC Bureau's official bulletin No. 28.
For his part, HE Rayhan Mubarak Fayez, Director General of the GCC Bureau of Technical Secretariat for Anti Injurious Practices in International Trade noted that these measures come in accordance with the GCC unified anti-dumping law and its compensatory and preventive measures and executive regulations. 
He stated that the GCC Bureau, after examining all aspects during the various stages of the investigation, took all the comments of the relevant and interested parties involved in the investigation.
It is worth mentioning that the details of the decision to impose fees published in the GCC Bureau's official bulletin No. 28 issued on 21 Ramadan 1441 AH corresponding to 14 May 2020, available on the GCC General Secretariat website.
