The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani praised the signing of the constitutional Document in Sudan by the Transitional Military Council and the Forces of Freedom and Change Declaration, describing it as an important historic step to establish stability, security and peace in Sudan, and complete the formation of the sovereign state authorities.
The Secretary General called upon the Sudanese people and all national forces to strengthen confidence and consensus, unite ranks and efforts, uphold national unity and embark on building a democratic and civil state in accordance with the principles of justice to achieve the aspirations of the Sudanese people for peace, democracy, stability and prosperity.
