The GCC Railway Technical, operational and legislative Working Groups held the joint meeting on Wednesday, 3 July 2019, in Kuwait.
During the meeting they discussed a number of issues, most notably; the project's operating document, the operational plan, the cooperation with the Intergovernmental Organization for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF) on the regulations and tickets and baggage-handling systems, and other issues related to implementing and operating the project.
