The Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Negotiations, Dr. Abdulaziz Hamad Al-Owaishek, met on Monday, 15 July 2019, at the GCC headquarters in Riyadh, the Ambassador of the Republic of Georgia to the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia HE Mr. Vakhtang Joshvili.

During the meeting, they discussed relations of joint cooperation between the GCC and the Republic of Georgia, as well as means of developing these relations in various fields agreed upon in the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two sides in 2017.  In addition they reviewed a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
