The GCC Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Negotiations, Dr. Abdulaziz Hamad Al-Owaishek, met on Sunday, 12 May 2019, at the GCC headquarters, in Riyadh a delegation from the US Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting they discussed means of enhancing the GCC-US joint cooperation in regards to energy and electricity, as part of the Strategic Cooperation Forum and the strategic dialogue between the GCC and the United States of America.
