Within the framework of the CNIPA-GCC memorandum of understanding, and to strengthen the existing cooperation between both sides, a delegation from China's National Intellectual Property Administration, led by Dr. Shen Changyu, Commissioner at the National Intellectual Property Administration of China, visited on Wednesday, 10 April 2019, the GCC Secretariat, where they were received by   Mr. Abdullah AlMoqhim, Director General of the GCC Patent Office, and a number of the GCC Economic and Development Affaires officials.

During which they discussed the ongoing cooperation between both sides in patents and trademarks fields, and means to enhance it. They also reviewed most prominent aspects of intellectual property, in particular the patents of both sides.
