تم إقرار العديد من الأدلة الإسترشادية للإستفادة منها عند وضع التشريعات والأنظمة الداخلية في كل دولة وبالتالي مقاربة هذه التشريعات بتلك التي تصدر في الدول الأخرى سعيا لتوحيدها ومثال ذلك:
1. اعتماد الكتيب الإسـترشادي المختصر عن الأمراض والأوبئة بين الإنسان والطيور.
2. إعتماد قوائم آفات قانون (نظام) الحجر الزراعي الموحد بدول المجلس.
3. إقرار العمل بمحتوى الملصق الإرشادي حول توحيد الأطوال المناسب صيدها لبعض أنواع الأسماك المتداولة بدول المجلس كوسيلة استرشادية تستهدف بصفة خاصة الأشخاص والجهات المعنية بالتعامل مع الأسماك.
